Professional/Senior AZURE DEVOPS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Setup, development and operation of cloud environments in
MS Azure (primarily serverless [functions, app insights, API
management), if necessary also container technologies) and
Support of the existing environments in several
stages and regions
• Coordination, design and implementation of automated
development processes based on MS Azure & Azure
DevOps
• Provision of software and tools for the areas of
development, packaging, release
management, configuration management and monitoring
and support in productive use
• Development of automated processes for continuous
Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) based on MS
Azure, Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Creation and operation of monitoring solutions based on
MS Azure (Application Inisghts, Azure Monitor, Log
Analytics)
• Close cooperation with all areas such as
Software development, architecture and IT security
• Support in the definition, development and maintenance of
processes, tool selection and technologies within the
Teams
• Coaching of the team and stakeholders to
Consideration of operational aspects during
Implementation

Requirements

• Very good experience with CI/CD tools, esp. Azure DevOps
• Experience in one of the common programming languages (ideally TypeScript)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, esp. Azure Function Apps, App Service API Management, Azure Storage, Application Inisghts, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Frontdoor
