For the operation and enhancement of our ICT infrastructure, we are looking for a 1st and 2nd Level IT Specialist for internal client as reinforcement of our international team.

About the position

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining of local IT infrastructure
  • 1st / 2nd level support on-site and via remote access to HW and SW, as well as peripherals
  • Setting up of notebooks and PCs, as well as support for rollouts
  • Delivering best practice incident, problem, request and asset management solutions
  • Maintaining awareness of service levels for all assigned tasks
  • Installation and testing of software applications, based on MS Windows 10, Office 365, Intune
  • Administration of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Back-up, restore of data
  • Support of IT-projects planning and implementation

Requirements

  •  Good MS Office knowledge
  • Good MS-Windows 10 Knowledge
  • Experience with MS Active Directory, MS Exchange and MS SharePoint
  • Communicative personality with pro-active approach

Plus is:

  • German language
  • Basic knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management (ITIL), and IT ticket systems (ITSM)
  • Experience from international company
