Back in the past, I used to weight 250 lbs and was morbidly obese. I was someone who did not know how to eat properly and live in a healthy way. In a point of time, with the help of Alyssa Mae Sta. Cruz, I decided I needed to lead my life in a healthier way and started working on losing some weight. In 12 months, I managed to lose almost 100 lbs. Many people started asking me what I ate that made me lose so much weight. So, I decided to create a Facebook page that is dedicated on how I stay healthy, in order to motivate my family, friends and other people to try to live healthier. Even a few weeks before, I started blogging about what I eat daily on Instagram. This all happened in April 2018.
Together with my colleague Alyssa Mae Sta. Cruz, we create a chat group with the person who wants advise and discuss with him or her what to adjust and what to eat next time to improve health and lifestyle. Even at our office, colleagues can consult with us. Since April, we already had some success stories, many people have already lost weight since we helped them with removing rice and added sugar from their diet. One of the biggest success story is my cousin, Topher Ramos, who lost weight from 120 kg (status 1 April) to 99 kg (5 June).
My goal is to spread awareness and touch peoples’ lives, to make them aware that eating healthy is simple and anyone can do it.
