Software engineer meets creative thinker: ERNI and Bloom Identity will develop joint solutions for an enhanced customer experience in the future. To deliver this, both parties have signed a cooperation agreement. This involves a combination of consulting, design and technology. The first few projects are already up and running. In an age in which companies are moving to digital business models, the interdisciplinary combination of a branding, design and technology culture coupled with the global ERNI network will create more added value for customers.

“With Bloom Identity we will also be able to provide our customers with the skills they are looking for,” says Alban Frei, Managing Director of ERNI Switzerland. “The customer experience has never been as important as it is today. Before we capture the optimum customer experience with individual software, we first focus on the brand experience,” says Alban Frei: “We look forward to working with the Bloom team and its fascinating brand agency culture.”

“Our strategy is to develop individual software solutions from the sensor to the app and from the initial idea through to maintenance for our customers,” states Andreas Gisler, delegate of the Board of Directors of ERNI. With this collaboration, ERNI is making another big step in expanding its portfolio and strengthening the areas of customer experience design, branding and the development of branding strategies.

“Before we even set about developing the software, we ask ourselves: “How can we market the software using emotions?” explains Gisler.

“We are consultants, creators, designers, editors. Our innovative strength and the culture of an agency coupled with ERNI’s technological expertise and size will open up new opportunities for us,” says Maneka Fahrer, Managing Director of Bloom Identity, adding: “Everything we do is geared towards creating the best customer experience for the customer.”

ERNI Group stands for Swiss Software Engineering and creates added value for customers by offering consulting, technology and delivery, on a global platform with a Swiss mindset. More than 750 employees around the world develop outstanding solutions for demanding customers.

Bloom Identity, which is based in Bern, combines excellence in branding strategy, design, digital experience and storytelling. The agency gives brands a face and character and creates clear, distinctive brand identities. Bloom made a name for itself throughout Switzerland by developing the TWINT brand. TWINT is an app for making cashless payments.
