ERNI Germany

My start at ERNI was not as I expected. It was better: responsibility and trust from day one, exciting projects and great colleagues. What more do you need?

I was warmly received, and I immediately felt that it was not only me who was looking forward to my start at ERNI. The first days passed like in flight, which was due to the packed agenda of the ERNI Welcome Days. First there were gifts in the form of brand-new hardware, then there were answers to questions like “Who is my contact at HR?”, “What projects are currently available at ERNI?” or “How do I book my first trip?”. Of course, we must not miss lunch with our colleagues. Although – thanks to Corona – with the necessary distance. The two days passed like in flight and I started straight through the projects.

As a Project Lead, I am responsible for shoring teams developing software for one of the largest software houses in Europe. The international flair and the regular exchange with my colleagues in Bratislava and Manila enrich my daily work very much. As the project is just beginning, there is still time for a parallel consulting mandate: As a Requirements Engineer for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, I manage the requirements for a medical device. But ERNI is not only responsible for the requirements here. All the software of the system comes from us. A piece of the future that has just been brought to the fore in the pandemic.

In my People Unit I feel comfortable since Day 1 and I am already looking forward to achieving and celebrating joint successes, true to the motto: Work hard, play hard or as they say at ERNI: Work hard, develop fast!

ERNI is clearly not only a company that is defying the crisis but also has a clear vision for years to come and I am proud to be a part of it now.
