During this year, I have had the opportunity to work on exciting in-house (ROS-based turtle-bot) as well as customer projects. These experiences have allowed me to hone my skills as a developer and enhance my work aptitude. As an embedded developer, I have gained invaluable experience in developing and implementing software solutions. Through hands-on experience and mentorship from senior colleagues, I have developed a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in embedded systems development. This experience has not only enhanced my technical skills but also my problem-solving abilities.

But my time here has not only been about work. Last year, ERNI organized a series of events that included workshops and team-building activities. These events provided me with an opportunity to come together outside of the office and bond with colleagues over shared experiences. The workshops covered a variety of topics, ranging from technical skills to personal development. The team-building activities, on the other hand, were designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and trust among team members.

I have also been fortunate enough to be a part of the highlight of the year, the “EDE summer event” (ERNI Germany) which was not only about a lot of fun activities like hiking, and dancing to a live band performance but also allowed me to connect with my colleagues on a more personal level.

Perhaps one of the most rewarding aspects of my time at ERNI has been the opportunity to live abroad and experience a totally different work culture compared to my home country. ERNI has been incredibly supportive throughout the process, providing me with resources and assistance to make the transition as smooth as possible.

In addition to the experiences I’ve had, I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible work culture at ERNI. One of the things that sets ERNI apart from other corporates is the strong sense of camaraderie and bonding that exists among colleagues. From team-building activities to regular check-ins, there is a genuine sense of community and support that permeates throughout the workplace. Moreover, ERNI has a culture of appreciation, which is demonstrated in various ways. There are frequent opportunities to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of colleagues, whether it be through shoutouts in team meetings or other forms of recognition. This culture of appreciation not only boosts morale but also fosters a sense of motivation and purpose within me.

As I reflect on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for the experiences and opportunities that have come my way. All in all, the work culture at ERNI is truly exceptional and makes coming to work every day a pleasure. As I look back on my first year at this company, I am excited to think about what the future holds.

Thank you to everyone who has made this year such a wonderful experience. I feel privileged to be a part of such an amazing team.
