Out of 19 team nominations the team who made it to the winning position was a team formed for a special purpose. The so called Social team consists of members from our Singapore and Philippines site. Joseph Cadag, Sébastien Comte, Patric Lengacher, Zaila Serrano, Manolito Lambino and Angela Tangente – these colleagues have formed the team and worked together on an initiative which aims to give equal opportunity to talented but economically-challenged students in the Philippines.

“The Better Project” will provide selected scholars a targeted IT education, communication trainings, apprenticeship, and potential employment. Currently, on its foundation phase, the team was able to establish partnership with various local institutions and customers who share the same vision of uplifting the lives of Filipino youth, as well as funding from the ERNI Management.

The project aims to start with its first batch of scholar beginning November 2018 and to generate more support to ensure sustainability of the project.
