Early in the morning, around 9:00 am, the core group team were already at the venue without the knowledge of the major subject. Only their instructor and the contact person from the partner school knew that the EPH team was gathering there. And the moment they found out, everyone was surprised, with a little bit of palpable uneasiness inside the room, but despite that, they showed us that ERNI’s effort to pursue the social project were worth it.

Everyone actively participates in the sessions, giving their very best to understand every bit of context and deliver it properly. And upon staying and observing them for almost half a day, we witnessed how they really engaged themselves in the programme and how actively they participated, never hesitating to seek out assistance every time they were uncertain about a certain topic – and having fun all the while. They were taken through the process by their instructor, who guided them the moment the program started – a Senior Web & Mobile Developer himself working at a multinational conglomerate company in the Philippines. Before we said goodbye on that day, we managed to give some short but encouraging words to the students that might help them to strive for more.

The secret of success does not solely rely on what you know or who you know; it’s all about how you overcome each battle that eventually makes you grow.
