Recently, this was also the case at ERNI Philippines. We are performing the Professional & Senior Modules and also a leadership exchange in Manila these days. One asset of ERNI is that all colleagues worldwide are trained according to the same path. We act strategically to develop and train all our colleagues.

Truthfully, great for me is an understatement of how the Professional and Senior Communications Training went last November 4-5 (Batch 1 – Professional Training), November 7-8 (Batch 2 – Professional Training) and November 11-12 (Senior Training). Hanh, the trainer, also conducted a Leadership Training between the two batches of the Professional Communications Training last week.
The training does not only help each of the participants in understanding how to move from one ego state to another (should the need arise) in communicating or to simply identifying the different principles of communication or what is the importance of asking the right questions and how to apply such a concept. Instead, it delved deeper into the personality of each participant, urging us to become more aware, more intentional, more consistent to take action and to put everything into practice. Things which will not only help us in doing our job and/or passion but also life in general.
