How was your time at ERNI? What did you learn/gain there?
I made a big step forward in multiple areas. The first was the agile development process, which I experienced for the first time. The first was the agile development process, which I experienced for the first time. This was a big eye-opener for me. Next was the leadership approach which was taught by the Swiss Engineering Institute. It was not just taught, but also lived by ERNI as a whole – it was fascinating for me. At the same time, ERNI was growing very much at that time, so there were lot of opportunities for everyone. I met a lot of interesting, smart and motivated people there who enjoyed the atmosphere at that time.
Did the experiences you got at ERNI help you at the next positions after you left ERNI?
The experiences and opportunities I got at ERNI opened the door to more challenging positions. I gained a lot of technical as well as non-technical soft skills at ERNI which I am still benefitting from.
