👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software and digital platforms. This role combines project management, product collaboration, and technical understanding to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes, particularly for enterprise web platforms and AI-driven solutions.

Experience

  • 8+ years in IT project/program management

  • Proven experience delivering complex software or infrastructure projects

  • 4+ years working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments

  • Experience delivering enterprise or integrated web platforms

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

  • Understanding of software development, systems design, and testing

  • Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and planning

  • Exposure to change management and adoption practices is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Certifications (Preferred)

PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Plan, manage, and deliver software projects on time and within scope

  • Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage risks

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams

  • Support procurement and ensure readiness of required resources

  • Ensure compliance with engineering, security, and deployment standards

  • Manage change approvals and support smooth product rollout and adoption

Team Leadership & Agile Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, data, product)

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

  • Align technical teams with business and product priorities

Product & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers to define scope and success metrics

  • Translate business needs into technical deliverables

  • Ensure alignment between product vision and execution

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project performance, milestones, and dependencies

  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

  • Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure delivery meets quality, regulatory, and user expectations

  • Follow SDLC, Agile/Waterfall frameworks, and best practices

  • Work with QA teams to implement effective testing strategies

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x times per week, subject to project and business needs)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Manila Time
Type: Project-based (minimum 1 year, subject to extension) / Staff Augmentation
