👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow revenue by securing new business and expanding existing accounts both Philippines and Singapore.

  • Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally in software or tech.

  • Able to manage a sales pipeline and respond to business opportunities through tailored RFPs and strategic relationship building.

  • Skilled in cold-calling, direct marketing, and creating targeted email campaigns to reach key prospects.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience using CRM tools, especially MS Dynamics and LinkedIn.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets (solutions and staff augmentation).

  • Resilient and able to manage deadlines while maintaining client relationships.

  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

  • Understanding of software development and tech is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, or related field preferred.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new clients for digitalization projects

  • Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.

  • Crafting proposals and managing contract negotiations.

  • Establish predictable sales revenue through disciplined performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Understand client needs and business goals to propose effective solutions.

  • Develop account plans to enhance engagement and ensure long-term success.

  • Collaborate with project teams to meet client requirements.

  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance client experience.
