We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Project Leader PM / Product Owner with 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and/or Product Owner and will possess a strong understanding of multiple Agile frameworks. This role involves leading software projects to successful delivery, serving as an Agile coach, and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)

  • Certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP (preferred but not required)

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner

  • Proven experience in Stakeholder’s Management

  • Has technical experience in Data Migration Projects, or API integrations or any other related technical projects

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working with international clients, particularly in the European market

  • Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP)

  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS.

💼 How can you contribute to the team?

Lead and Develop Projects

  • Oversee and support the successful delivery of software projects from initiation to completion.

  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Responsible in generating project relevant documentations

  • Identification of risks and designing a mitigation plan

Agile Coaching

  • Serve as an Agile coach to the team and stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and practices.

  • Educate and mentor team members in project management principles, methods, processes, and tools

Product Owner Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Product Owner as needed to support project requirements

  • Elicit requirements through series of scoping workshops, stakeholder interviews and through utilizing existing BRDs and SRDs.

  • Identifying Epics, Features and breaking down to workable user stories

  • Defining and refining acceptance criteria with the scrum team

  • Prioritize backlogs with the stakeholders

  • Scrum Mast

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., poker planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding project-related concerns

  • Maintain effective communication with international clients, both local and international clients (European, APAC

Collaboration and Tools:

  • Utilize various collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS to manage projects

  • Ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to achieve project goals.

Work Arrangement

  • Monday to Friday (Must also be open to working on weekends when deployments are scheduled)

  • Part time (4 hours/day)
