To be a best fit for this project you will need:

  • University studies or equivalent in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management or similar.

  • It is mandatory to have the possibility to sign an agreement with your studies center.

  • You must be able to work from the office every day, as this position is 100% office-based.

  • Good level of English (B2).

  • Domain office package (Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Orientation towards people and results.

  • Personal attitude and willingness to share knowledge, learn and help others.

  • Proactive, self-sufficient, methodical person with great organizational capacity.

  • Open to change and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prevention of Occupational Risks: support in the Coordination of Business Activities, planning of health surveillance activities of employees.

  • Hiring: support in registrations and onboarding of new employees. Manage and monitor employee-related information.

  • Learning and Development: Assist with the administrative management of training and programs. Monitor and maintain training-related documentation and records.

  • Corporate events: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and special days through the year.

  • Benefits: Support the administration and monitoring of employee benefits.

  • Internal communication: support in the preparation of newsletters and internal communications.

  • Office management: Support office management activities and employee well-being initiatives.

  • Support in the different projects of the Human Resources area.
