Questions & Answers

Which development opportunities do I have?

You have the opportunity to develop yourself from a junior to a professional and then to a senior. After that, you decide whether you want to pursue a professional career (Expert) or a Leadership career (Principal). Both paths are completely equivalent for us. We support you at all times in finding the right path for you and prepare you for your career leaps.

What further training opportunities do I have?

There is an annual training budget for each employee. You decide, together with your team lead for what you will use it. In addition, we also have regular internal trainings.

What does hybrid working mean at ERNI Germany?

We like to work from home, but we also like to meet our colleagues in the office. You can decide how often you want to be in the office. Depending on the project, it is possible that you regularly work together with the customer on site.

Is it possible to work at ERNI in a 4-day week?

Yes, you can also work 4 days a week. We offer all positions in 80 and in 100%.

Are there fixed working hours at ERNI?

Our working hours are flexible. You can start at 5 in the morning, take a lunch break of 2 hours or work in the evening. The only important thing is that you familiarize yourself with your project team and participate in the meetings that are relevant to you. If you have to work more due to the project, you can transfer your overtime to another day.

How is the ERNI culture?

We live a so-called UNBOSS culture. With us, each individual has a very large room for manoeuvres and creative freedom. Our team leads see themselves as coaches and support you whenever you need it.
