Our recruiting team will review your resume and contact you within three days. This is followed by a interview for us to get to know each other.

Questions & Answers

You have the opportunity to develop yourself from a junior to a professional and then to a senior. After that, you decide whether you want to pursue a professional career (Expert) or a Leadership career (Principal). Both paths are completely equivalent for us. We support you at all times in finding the right path for you and prepare you for your career leaps.

There is an annual training budget for each employee. You decide, together with your team lead for what you will use it. In addition, we also have regular internal trainings.

We like to work from home, but we also like to meet our colleagues in the office. You can decide how often you want to be in the office. Depending on the project, it is possible that you regularly work together with the customer on site.
Yes, you can also work 4 days a week. We offer all positions in 80 and in 100%.
Our working hours are flexible. You can start at 5 in the morning, take a lunch break of 2 hours or work in the evening. The only important thing is that you familiarize yourself with your project team and participate in the meetings that are relevant to you. If you have to work more due to the project, you can transfer your overtime to another day.
