Q&A
Can I apply if I live outside Spain?
Yes, you can! Not only are you eligible for a position at ERNI, we will also offer you a relocation package if we find a project for you.
What does hybrid work model mean?
You can expect 5 to 6 days per month dedicated to team building, project meetings, trainings and different events at the office.
Will I have to take a technical test during the application process?
Our technical experts will challenge your knowledge on a video call conversation. For most of our processes, we do not need a technical test.
What is the approximate time involved in the hiring process?
The average duration of our recruitment process is 3-4 weeks, but please note that factors like role complexity and the number of applicants can influence the timeline.
Are the interviews conducted online or in person?
For most of our positions, the interview process is conducted online. If you wish to meet the team in person, we encourage you.
