Our recruiting team will review your resume and contact you as soon as possible. This is followed by a phone interview for us to get to know each other.

Our recruiting team will then invite you to an initial interview. In an interview, our team of specialists assesses how well we fit together professionally. (facultative)

You will meet your potential team lead, get to know future colleagues and discuss a current case with them.

Questions & Answers
Can I apply if I live outside Switzerland?
Yes, it is possible to apply from outside of Switzerland. However, when you want to start working at ERNI Switzerland, you need to have a domicile in Switzerland.
What does hybrid work model mean?
Our ERNI offices provide a platform for meetings, collaboration and exchange. Most of us meet there several times a week. This is where we share ideas, find creative solutions, and learn from each other. As a consultant you will work at the customer site, at home or at the ERNI offices. Depending on each project the work on site may be sometimes more, sometimes less
Will I have to take a technical test during the application process?
For engineering profiles such as development and testing we conduct a technical assessment and a business case. For other roles we conduct a business case assessment.
What is the approximate time involved in the hiring process?
We try to be as fast as possible so we can provide a feedback in time. From screening to hiring it takes averagely two to three weeks.
Are the interviews conducted online or in person?
The first interview is held online. The second interview is on site in one of the ERNI offices in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne or Basel.
Any advice on how I can boost my chances of joining ERNI?
