Questions & Answers
Can I apply if I live outside Slovakia?
Yes, it is possible to apply from outside of Slovakia. However, when you want to start working at ERNI Slovakia, you need to have a domicile in Slovakia.
What does hybrid work model mean?
Our ERNI offices provide a platform for meetings, collaboration and exchange. Most of us meet there several times a week. This is where we share ideas, find creative solutions, and learn from each other. As a consultant you will work at the customer site, at home or at the ERNI offices. Depending on each project the work on site may be sometimes more, sometimes less
Will I have to take a technical test during the application process?
For engineering profiles such as development and testing we conduct a technical assessment and a business case. For other roles we conduct a business case assessment.
What is the approximate time involved in the hiring process?
We tried to be as fast as possible so we can provide a feedback in time. From screening to hiring it takes averagely two to three weeks.
Are the interviews conducted online or in person?
The first interview is held online. The second interview is on site in one of the ERNI offices in Slovakia.
Any advice on how I can boost my chances of joining ERNI?
Write your CV clearly and concisely. Be authentic and honest with yourself and your expectations considering a new job opportunity. We’re looking for open-minded people who are willing to learn new technical and personal challenges.
