Our clients want their software to run smoothly, to exceed their expectations, and to create value for them. Our international testing team is responsible for this.

QA Technical Path

Junior

Basic QA Concepts.

Knowledge of Test Case definition.

Understand Test result analysis.

Familiarity with Bug Lifecycle.

QA Manual: Test Case execution

QA Automation: Basic coding (flows, conditions, functions). Usage of JIRA, HPALM, polarion or similar tool for test life cycle management

Professional

Experience with Testing Foundation ISTQB.

Understanding of Agile Testing.

QA Manual: experience with exploratory testing, UX testing and usability testing.

QA Automation: API Testing, basics of Test Architecture, experience with test frameworks (selenium, jasmine, etc).

Senior

Experience in requirement analysis, reporting and metrics.

QA Manual: Ownership of test plan definition and test strategy definition.

QA Automation: Proficiency with Test Automation Patterns, and performance testing. TDD and BDD. Git knowledge and continuous integration and Continuous delivery (CI/CD). Cloud testing.
