That is why we have implemented quality management practices in all relevant areas, integrated them into a holistic management system, and obtained ISO certification. The certifications require us to continuously improve our services, products and processes, identify and minimise risks, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Integrated Management System (IMS) links systems and processes within a framework for the ERNI Group and its national subsidiaries.
Our management system
We aim to create value for our customers while fulfilling our social responsibility. Our integrated management system comprises five dimensions that are critical to the achievement of our goals:
- Our Quality Management System (QMS), certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, continuously monitors, controls, and improves the quality of our products and services.
- Our ISO 27001-certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) defines how we monitor, control, and continuously improve information security.
- Our Personal Information Privacy Management System (PIMS) protects sensitive data in accordance with legal requirements based on the ISO 27701 standard.
- Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) system, we are committed to good health and well-being, decent work and economic growth, reduced inequalities, responsible consumption and production, and climate action.
- Our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) ensures that our business activities can be maintained in the event of unexpected disruptions, disasters and crises, and that potential risks can be minimised or avoided altogether.
By incorporating QMS, PIMS, CSR, BCMS, and ISMS into our integrated management system, we optimise the use of resources, reduce duplication of effort, and have a holistic view of our performance.
