Many of our colleagues have been part of this journey for more than ten years. Their loyalty and dedication are something we deeply value and actively nurture. One way we show our appreciation is through our 5-year event.
Our culture and values
The ERNI culture is grounded in passion, independence, responsibility and trust. These values guide everything we do – from collaborating with customers to working together within our teams. We believe that lasting relationships create lasting impact. That is why we invest not only in long-term partnerships with our customers but also in the long-term development of our employees. Our success depends on people who stay and develop, shaping the company over time.
Career growth in the company is built on opportunity and encouragement. Many of our colleagues started as trainees or junior engineers and have developed into senior experts, project leaders or even site managers. Their professional paths demonstrate how ERNI empowers people to take responsibility, explore their potential and make a difference. Appreciating loyalty: The 5-year event
An important part of recognising this journey is our 5-year event – a tradition that reflects the core of ERNI’s culture. Every other year, colleagues who have reached their five-year milestone are invited to spend two days together at one of our locations and celebrate their five years at the company. As a truly special aspect of the event, you have the possibility to meet colleagues from Asia or other European countries.
The celebration is hosted by our founder Daniel Erni and the CEO. It is a special moment to pause, reflect on achievements and look forward to what’s coming next.
An experience of connection and inspiration
The 5-year event combines appreciation, collaboration and inspiration. The programme of the event is varied: interactive workshops on business and culture topics, team challenges that highlight creativity and communication, and open discussions with leadership about the company’s future. Our 5-year events are well-known for an atmosphere that is warm, personal and dynamic – a mix of learning, fun and shared experience.
What makes the event truly meaningful is the exchange between colleagues from different countries and domains.
