You will apply your knowledge of talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes while collaborating with experienced recruiters and technical teams.
How do we make this happen? 🤔
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life. And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
You will start developing your career in Talent Acquisition while learning how recruitment works in the technology sector. You will collaborate with experienced recruiters, participate in sourcing activities, and support candidate screening while gaining exposure to international projects and technical profiles.
What you will bring 🤝
• Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, International Relations, Sociology or similar
• High level of English and Spanish (minimum B2)
• Strong interest in technology and software development environments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work through an academic internship agreement
You will be responsible for
You will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and attracting candidates for technology projects. You will participate in job postings, candidate screening, and initial interactions with applicants while collaborating with recruiters to ensure an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
Our working model 👩🔬
This is a paid internship with a hybrid working model. You will combine remote work with office days, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team while gaining practical experience in an international technology environment.
