How was your time at ERNI? What did you learn/gain there?
ERNI provided me with a chance to learn and grow in my chosen field. When I was hired, I served as a pioneer in providing Marketing and Graphic Design services to both EPH and ESK. In my almost five years at ERNI, I was also able to create new possibilities such as:
a) Integrating UI/UX Design as part of my role as REQ Ambassador in EPH;
b) Introducing new design tools and process techniques with the team and across ERNI sites;
c) Working as scrum master and PO proxy on several projects and
d) Meeting awesome people locally and internationally.
Did the experiences you got at ERNI help you at the next positions after you left ERNI?
Definitely – Gaining knowledge in requirements and agile methodology gave me tremendous leverage in my current playing field. My ERNI experience also helped me properly align my design process in UX and UI as well as integrate them more efficiently into actual projects.
I was a Senior Graphic Designer at ERNI. I am now handling several projects and clients as a full-time Senior UI/UX and a Lead Design Consultant/Contractor.
