How was your time at ERNI? What did you learn/gain there?
ERNI was an excellent and exciting learning platform for me to bring my expertise and social skills to life. For me it is important that I can extend my knowledge within customer projects.
The projects with the customers were very varied and exciting. In addition, acting within a team at ERNI, I was also able to contribute to the development of the company. I liked the environment at ERNI and its very open and helpful atmosphere.
At ERNI, I was responsible for the Requirements Engineering and User Experience department as a Service Leader, and at the same time I worked in numerous public administration projects.
Today, as a partner of CSA Engineering AG in Solothurn, I work as Area Manager of Applications and ensure the further development of our area in the field of IoT solutions.
Did the experiences you got at ERNI help you at the next positions after you left ERNI?
I think my time at ERNI has helped me to develop especially in social skills, as well as in the management of employees. I can use this knowledge very well in my leadership position today. For me, developing is about developing employees; this is the important motivation that drives me. The open learning culture and leadership development at ERNI helped me a lot to professionalise this ability.
