Women @ ERNI
ERNI Switzerland promotes an inclusive work environment that ensures equal opportunity for all. The Women@ERNI initiative was created to help women network and share ideas within the company.
GeoML challenge
The GeoML Challenge is a web application developed by the data team at ERNI Switzerland. It allows users to playfully test what they know about road traffic against an artificial intelligence.
Hack ‘n’ Hike
Each year, the Hack ‘n’ Hike brings together many employees from ERNI Switzerland for a weekend to solve exciting programming challenges while hiking in the mountains of Vitznau.
Coding dojos
Several times a year, software enthusiasts at ERNI Switzerland take on the challenge of a coding dojo. Solving a coding problem in a limited time frame is a great way to test your skills and expand your technical horizons.
Learning circle for enterprise agility
ERNI Switzerland’s Enterprise Agility practice area regularly organizes learning circles, internal SAFe training, and brown bag lunches on current topics to facilitate and promote the sharing of know-how among employees.
CPRE – Foundation Level learning circle
ERNI Switzerland offers an internal learning platform to best prepare employees for certification exams such as the Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering – Foundation Level (CPRE FL).
